Medical Acupuncture

Acupuncture can be traced back at least 4000 years in China and has been practiced in Europe for the last 160 years. The healing art of acupuncture involves the painless insertion of thin, solid, metallic needles into the skin at strategic points on the body to activate the flow of energy, called Qi, which in turn revitalizes the body, corrects imbalances and stimulates the body’s healing ability.

Acupuncture is a complementary and alternative medicine that is able to enhance and complement Western medical techniques for ultimate therapeutic results.

Acupuncture induces health, wellness and equilibrium to the body and mind. It is considered a complete healing system that has no side effects, when it is performed by a competent, trained and certified physician.

Acupuncture is a holistic medicine that enables the body to heal itself, by awakening the powers of self-healing that reside in every living being.
